 Our group workshops are casual and interactive, and just one session leaves you with the tools to non-pharmacologically reduce stress in your life.

Exceptional health goes well past the doctor’s office.

During a Clarity Workshop, you will understand the biology that controls stress response. Then, you'll learn simple yoga and mindfulness exercises to control impulse driven by stress. Finally, you'll practice making decisions from a place of intuition and clarity.
