OUR YOGA & MINDFULNESS WORKSHOPS
Our group workshops are casual and interactive. Lasting between 30 and 90 minutes, these online sessions guide you through small incremental steps towards optimal health.

During a Clarity Workshop, you will learn the biology that controls stress response. Then, you'll learn simple yoga and mindfulness exercises to control impulse driven by stress. Finally, you'll practice making decisions from a place of intuition and clarity.
