Clarity was founded by the joint missions of Ashlynn Devon and Parker Novak, licensed practitioners in yoga and mindfulness.

Parker Novak

Yoga & Mindfulness Practitioner

Parker’s professional career spans 7 years in clinical healthcare, with professional partnerships including Kaiser Permanente and UNC Health Systems. Her involvement in primary care evolved after she witnessed that behavioral health was the root of many of the health conditions her patients faced. Parker Novak joined an exciting team at UC San Diego’s Center for Integrative Health in 2022 as a student, training in mindfulness and receiving a certificate to instruct Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. During this time, Parker learned transformative health practices and grounded the proper techniques. She sat on 5-day silent retreats and was mentored by practitioners who were students of Jon Kabat Zinn, the founder of MBSR. In Colorado, Parker teaches and fosters the life-changing effects of mindfulness in a variety of settings, including the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless.


Ashlynn Devon

Yoga & Mindfulness Practitioner

Ashlynn is a dedicated yoga teacher with a passion for helping others. With over 300 hours of yoga teacher training, including certifications in trauma-informed yoga teaching and meditation coaching, Ashlynn has the knowledge and experience to guide students through a variety of yoga practices. She is well-versed in Vinyasa, Hatha, Nidra, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, and is committed to making these practices accessible to all people, regardless of their level of experience.

As a yoga instructor, Ashlynn strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students. She understands that everyone's journey with yoga is unique, and she works to support each student in their individual practice. Whether teaching a class or working one-on-one with a student, Ashlynn's approach is always supportive, compassionate, and focused on the student's needs.

With a deep commitment to helping others, Ashlynn's teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga has the power to transform lives. Through her classes and workshops, she seeks to share the benefits of yoga with as many people as possible, helping them to find greater peace, balance, and wellbeing in their lives.
